We come to your workplace.
Our portable photography setup comes directly to your office, reducing disruption and keeping time away from people’s desks to a minimum.
For individual headshots, a meeting room designed for around six people is usually sufficient. We generally allow about 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack down.

Sydney CBD appointments.
For individuals and smaller sessions, corporate headshots are available by appointment at convenient Sydney CBD locations, including Customs House and Martin Place.
It’s a practical option when you need a professional portrait without organising photography at your own workplace.
BUILT TO BE REPEATABLE

Photography can take place at your own offices. Where suitable photography space isn’t available, we can arrange professional meeting-room locations in Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth.
This gives organisations a practical way to create and maintain a consistent professional image library across different offices, cities and photography dates.

We establish the location, number of people, photographic style and schedule.
We set up.
At your workplace, we generally allow around 30 minutes for our portable photography setup.
We photograph your people.
Individual corporate headshots usually take approximately 5–10 minutes per person.
You choose your favourites.
We send low-resolution proofs so you can select the photographs you prefer.
We finish your images.
Selected photographs are lightly retouched and supplied in high-resolution and web-ready formats, usually within 24 hours of receiving your selections.
Larger projects or particularly large selections may require additional turnaround time.
